Anchor Listing Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between [ENTITY_NAME — pending] d/b/a Welcome to West Georgia ("WTG") and the business that completes Stripe Checkout for the Anchor tier ("Business"). The individual completing Checkout represents that they have authority to bind Business.

2. Term and Renewal

The Agreement begins when Business completes Stripe Checkout and continues month-to-month until Business cancels. Subscription auto-renews each month at the then-current Anchor price, currently $1,499/mo.

Business may cancel anytime through its Stripe customer portal or by emailing the address below. Cancellation stops future renewals; partial months are not pro-rated.

3. Fees

Anchor: $1,499 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Sales or use tax, where applicable, is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout.

The Anchor fee includes $300 per month in WTG-managed advertising spend placed on Business’s behalf. Managed ad spend is a service WTG performs, not a cash credit; unused spend is not refundable or transferable.

WTG may adjust the Anchor price on at least 30 days’ written notice. If Business does not cancel before the new price takes effect, the new price applies on the next renewal.

4. Deliverables

Everything in the Featured tier, plus:

A fresh cinematic commercial produced every month (subject to shoot calendar).

Premium hero placement on /discover and a front-page rotation slot across the WTG ecosystem.

Personal onboarding: within 24 hours of subscription start, WTG reaches out to schedule an onboarding call and brand questionnaire.

$300/mo in WTG-managed advertising spend driving traffic to the listing.

Weekly Operator Digest emails summarizing listing performance.

Priority production scheduling and the highest-tier verification badge.

5. Production and Scheduling

WTG will schedule and produce the monthly cinematic content in coordination with Business. WTG aims to publish Business’s first reel on /discover and the front page within 14 days of subscription start; subsequent monthly refreshes depend on shoot availability. Shoot logistics, location access, and any required talent releases are Business’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property and License

WTG owns all rights in the cinematic reels and other content produced for Business, including raw footage, edited masters, and derivative cuts.

WTG grants Business a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final edited reels and WTG-delivered cuts in Business’s own marketing.

WTG retains the right to use the footage and reels in WTG’s own portfolio, marketing, and editorial content. WTG will not license Business’s brand to a competing local business in the same category and city while Business is on the Anchor tier, and will give Business reasonable notice before extending its category-and-city slot to a new partner upon cancellation.

7. Business Representations

Same as Featured: authority, accurate listing information, required licenses, and all necessary releases and permissions for any persons or copyrighted material WTG features.

8. Confidentiality

Same as Featured: each party uses non-public business information only to perform under this Agreement and keeps it reasonably confidential.

9. Cancellation and Post-Termination

On cancellation: Business keeps its commercial files under the license in Section 6. Business’s lead inbox export remains available for 30 days. WTG-managed ad campaigns wind down at the next renewal date. The listing reverts to the free Listed baseline at the next renewal date. WTG does not claw back work already delivered.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

WTG provides the Anchor tier "as is" and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. WTG does not guarantee any specific lead volume, ranking, conversion rate, advertising result, or revenue outcome.

WTG’s total liability under this Agreement is capped at the fees Business paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes are resolved as provided in WTG’s Terms of Service at /terms.

12. Acceptance

Business accepts this Agreement by completing Stripe Checkout for the Anchor tier. A copy is available at any time at /legal/anchor-listing-agreement.

13. Notices
